Long Anticipated Arrival...

Hello All!

We have made it to beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado! It was a very long and tiring all day, all-nighter and most of today haul, but we made it safe and sound. We ended up leaving Houghton a bit later than expected, due to packing issues with the Sube. We then headed down to Erie, where Trent's family provided us with an amazing breakfast! (Thanks so much!) After eating and a quick haircut, (there will be a video posted about this), we began our treck out West. We were so blessed to have incredible weather, no traffic, and no car issues the entire journey! We stopped in St. Louis last night to see the Mississippi and the Arch, which were incredible sights to see. Kansas was the most difficult and long state to get through, where there was nothing but long straight roads surrounded by open fields. With all that said, we made it to Colorado Today at around 2:30pm (Our Time) and 4:30pm (Your time).

The scenery here is absolutely beautiful. We were in awe by the first sight of the glorious Colorado Rockies. We have unpacked and went grocery shopping for the 3 Days and 4 Nights we will be staying here. We all are very tired tonight and plan to chill out for the night. We plan to go hiking and sightseeing tomorrow! Hopefully I will be able to get some videos and pictures up within this week, as internet becomes available :)
